United Party for National Development leader Hakainde Hichilema walks to lay a wreath on Dr Chiluba's tomb. He was one of the notable opposition political party leaders at Dr Chiluba's funeral. In the Chiluba era, Hichilema served on the body that executed the privatisation programme in Zambia.
