I don't know. But I think she is a woman because she has breasts and wears feminine clothes. She is called a Mrs 'somebody' by fellow MMD cadres here. Its only the beheards that have distorted her face and make her look like a man.
What a sad occassion, I cant help it but wonder if this is really a woman or a man....she/he looks very much like Mr Peter Daka (Minister of Transport & Communication) sure he is not the one?

You would think she would remember to shave considering the importance of the occasion.
